Omni is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as an Clinical Program Director Community Based. At Omni, our focus is on the entire family, ensuring we provide each individual and each family a community support system that facilitates and inspires their growth and development. The Clinical Program Director Community Based is critical to achieving this focus.
As the Clinical Program Director Community Based you would be responsible for the overall mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-competent treatment model operation and delivery of services across all Omni Visions Community Based Programs. The CPD provides both administrative and clinical support for designated programs. The CPD is tasked with developing and ensuring consistent best clinical practices, including the implementation of evidence-based and measurement-based models.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Licensed mental health professional. PhD, PsyD or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral sciences, child development, social services, psychology or closely related field required. Must be licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet all licensing requirements of stated profession.
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams to achieve successful performance.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
- Valid driver’s license with F endorsement.
